 The Norfolk Freedom Marathon, Half Marathon, 5k and Freedom Mile is a weekend of events for the whole family.
The weekend begins Friday with the Freedom Health & Fitness Expo. Saturday starts off with the Freedom Mile - Kids' Warrior Trot (kids 12 years old and under - age on race day). Also on Saturday are the Wounded Warrior & Family Fun Run/Walk 5k, and The Freedom Health & Fitness Expo.
Sunday wraps up the weekend with the Norfolk Freedom Marathon & Half Marathon, Norfolk Freedom Marathon & Half Marathon Wheelchair Race, Norfolk Freedom Marathon Four-Person Relay, Norfolk Freedom Half Marathon Two-Person Relay, Norfolk Freedom Marathon & Half Marathon Cup Challenge (Team Race) followed by the Post Race Celebration and Freedom Awards Ceremony.

General Registration Information:
- Dates, times and prices subject to change
- All races are subject to capacity limits and may close at anytime
- There will be no race day registration
- If you are running on behalf of a charitable organization (i.e., The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society), or are traveling with a contracted tour operator/travel partner, please contact the charity or tour operator for specific registration instructions
Entry Fees Include:

- Commemorative Finisher Medallion (Marathon, Marathon 4-Person Relay, Half Marathon, Half Marathon 2-Person Relay, Eagle & Freedom Challenges, 5k and Freedom Mile)
- Commemorative Trophies for Overall and Age Group winners of the Marathon, Half Marathon, Marathon 4-Person Relay, Half Marathon 2-Person Relay, Wounded Warrior & Family Fun Run 5k/Walk and Cup Challenges
- Personalized Bib (if registered by October 10th, 2012)
- Goody Bag (The Goody Bag will be a Backpack)
- Post Race Celebration (Food, Music, and Fun)
Trophies WILL NOT be mailed or distributed outside the scheduled Award Ceremony. The Award Ceremony is the ONLY time you will have to receive your trophy. No special arrangement will be made nor allowed outside the Award Ceremony time frame.
