Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once we receive & accept your entry and you cannot participate, you will NOT receive a refund.
You may NOT give or sell your race number or Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to someone else.
Anyone found participating with another person's number will be disqualified and both individuals will be barred from future Freedom Marathon, Inc events.
You may NOT transfer your application to any subsequent Freedom Marathon, Inc events.
Once you have canceled, you cannot be reinstated into the Freedom Marathon, Inc events. Your decision is final.
If you have registered and are unable to participate in the race, we will be happy to mail your participant T-shirt to you. There will be a $12.00 (S&H) cost to do so. You will be required to send us a written cancellation notice. Please include the following in your cancellation notice:
Your name, mailing address, sex, age, phone number, and T-shirt size.
Please make the check payable to "Freedom Marathon, Inc." and mail along with your cancellation notice, to the following address:

Participant T-shirts will be mailed approximately 4-6 weeks after the event.
