Packet Pickup


ALL registrants MUST attend the Freedom Marathon (and all related events) Health & Fitness Expo to pick up their race packets at the Norfolk Scope Arena on Friday, November 9, or Saturday, November 10, 2012. There will be NO race day packet pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Race Packet Pick Up Location:

The expo, course, and race packet pick-up, all take place at the Norfolk Scope Arena, 201 Brambleton Avenue.

Race Packet Pick Up Hours:

Friday, November 9, 2012: 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 10, 2012: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You Must Bring the Following to Packet Pick Up:

  • Photo ID

Each Race Packet will Include the Following:

  • Your race number, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) appended to the bib & safety pins
  • Goodies from our Sponsors
  • Technical Shirt
  • Lapel Pin (if purchased during registration)
  • HydraPouch (if purchased during registration)

Steps to the Packet Pick Up Process:

  1. Determine Your Race Number
    Your race number will be available at the Health & Fitness Expo.Yellow Sticky Notes will be available.

     

  2. Pick up, Read and Sign Event Waiver Form

     

  3. Pick Up Your Bib/RFID (RFID will be appended to the bib) & Race Bag
    Check the number signs above the Packet Pick Up tables. You are required to produce your photo ID and submit the completed FMI Event Waiver form to collect your Race Packet. To download the Event waiver form, click here.

     

  4. Collect Your Event Shirt
    Show your race number and turn in your Shirt tear tag to the volunteers to collect your event technical shirt.

    Turn in your Drawing tear tag to the volunteers to collect your Official Drawing Ticket.
