SHIPPING:
Shipment should not arrive before November 8, 2012 Freedom Marathon, Inc. has made arrangements with LAS Worldwide Shipping to help with any shipping requirements you might have. Please contact them directly with your requirements. LAS Worldwide SETUP TIMES - BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS:Setup will take place on Thursday, November 8, starting at 12:00 p.m. All booths must be finished with setup at 6:00 p.m. The Expo Information Table (at the main entrance) will have your booth assignment and should be your first stop. It will be here that you will find the booth assignments for everyone. This is also the place where you can get answers to any questions that you might have. EXHIBIT TEARDOWN:Teardown will begin at the close of the Health and Fitness Expo. All vendors are required to staff their booth until the close of the exhibition on Saturday November 10 at 6:00 p.m. Teardown will begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2012.
